Our client based in Corby Northants are looking for Designers/Illustrators to be a part of their vibrant creative team based at their design studios in Corby. This role is open to both experienced and graduate candidates who are looking to unleash their talent and showcase their imagination, enthusiasm and design passion. DESIGNER This role involves creating exciting new designs using either mac skills or handcrafted / illustrative techniques. A background in surface pattern, textiles, illustration, graphic design or 3D/ paper engineering is preferred, but other candidates would be considered. ILLUSTRATOR This role involves the creation and development of new designs and ranges, across a broad spectrum of styles and media so versatility is important. The ability to visualise is key to this position and your samples should demonstrate this. A background in illustration is preferable but other candidates will be considered. Our Client based in Kettering are market leaders in the Optical industry. Due to internal expansion they are looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive customer support to stores and to ensure that excellent customer service is delivered. Daily duties will include handling incoming telephone calls, ensuring that calls are answered and dealt with promptly and professionally. Processing and placing optical and consumable orders with external suppliers. Liaising with suppliers and customers to provide updates on orders and to ensure that any problems with orders are resolved in a timely manner. Updating internal systems to ensure that customer details are kept up to date and to keep track of contacts made. Provide technical advice and support to customers and ensure that any concerns or complaints are dealt with efficiently and re directed to the relevant departments if required. Maintaining strong working relationships with existing customers and clients and developing new client relationships as required. General office and administration duties as required. The suitable candidate must speak fluent Dutch and have excellent customer service , communication skills coupled with the ability to manage their time effectively in a busy office environment. A sound working knowledge of Microsoft office packages is also a key requirement. Our client offers an element of flexibility with regards to working hours. They offer 2 shift patterns. 3 on 3 off - 0800 - 1900 Monday - Friday with a requirement to work one day every other weekend, Saturday 0900 - 1800 Sunday 0900 - 1700 Or 5 on 2 off - Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700 with a requirement to work one day every other weekend but you will receive an extra day off in the week In addition to the starting salary of ?17,000 per anum the company offers a whole host of additional benefits including. access to the company pension scheme, A Quarterly bonus scheme, Access to online perks (online shopping discount website), Annual eye care vouchers to the value of ?145 (after completion of the probationary period) and a free 24 hour employee helpline.
